Mr. Darian is a highly regarded Executive, Producer, and Businessman in the Entertainment Industry who owns and operates several companies, and has served in several Senior Management positions for Publicly-Traded and Privately-Held Companies alike. He has also served on the Board of Directors of several prominent organizations including: The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, where he was Chairman of the Management Committee; Republic Corporation Credit Union; The American Heart Association; The Marco Island Film Festival; Shakespeare Festival / LA; The Institute of Cinema & Television Production; and the Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame Trust(s), where he served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Darian is also a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences; Academy of Television Arts & Sciences; Producers Guild of America; Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers; and Los Angeles County Bar Association, where he serves on the DRS Panel of Arbitrators.

Raiders of the Lost Ark
Today, Mr. Darian is Co-Chairman & CEO of Tricor Entertainment, Inc., an independent Production Company in which he is partners with fellow Producer, Howard Kazanjian, whose Producing credits include: Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Demolition Man, The Rookie, and the 2-hour Pilot and 1st Season of J.A.G. Mr. Darian's Producing credits include: The Bridge of San Luis Rey, starring Academy Award Winners Robert DeNiro, Kathy Bates, Harvey Keitel, Gabriel Byrne and F. Murray Abraham; The Devil & Daniel Webster, starring Academy Award Winner Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Dan Aykroyd and Kim Cattrall; The Amati Girls, with Academy Award Winners Mercedes Ruehl, Lee Grant, Cloris Leachman, Sean Young, Paul Sorvino, and Mark Harmon; Carlo's Wake, with Academy Award Winners Martin Landau and Rita Moreno; and the youth comedy Extreme Days.

As CEO of
Occidental Entertainment Holdings Group, Inc., Mr. Darian also presides over five operating divisions that includes: 12 Sound Stages; nearly a half million square feet of Creative Office, Production, & Editorial space situated on an aggregate of more than 17 acres; a wide range of Lighting, Grip, Props, and highly Technical Services. including a Virtual Studio and Motion Capture Stage (www.OccidentalStudios.com).

Mr. Darian also serves as Chairman & CEO of
Darian Management Group, a diversified Talent Management & Business Consulting Firm that has represented a wide range of clients doing business in the Motion Picture, Television and Music Industries. Among the Studio Facilities and Technical-Service Companies that Mr. Darian has owned, operated, and/or represented in a senior capacity during the past three decades are: Glen Glenn Studios, Todd-AO, Lucasfilms' Skywalker Sound, Record Plant, Republic Studios, Matrix Studios, Ryder Sound, AME / All Post, Occidental Studios, and the Studio Sound Divisions at Paramount, Walt Disney, CBS / MTM and Marvel Entertainment.

As Chairman & Managing Partner of Hong Kong-based
ChinaAmerica Film Distributors & Cinema 1 Theater Group, Mr. Darian developed an unprecedented joint venture with Vietnam's Central Government, whereunder the first state of the art cinema circuit was constructed with major Hollywood titles being imported by legitimate means. Mr. Darian's International Distribution Credits include more than 100 major feature films such as: King Kong, Spider-Man, War Of The Worlds, The Hulk, Pirates Of The Caribbean, Pearl Harbor, Men In Black, II, Jurassic Park, III, The Mummy, Tomb Raider, Gladiator, Mission Impossible, Meet The Parents, Shakespeare In Love, James Bond: The World Is Not Enough. and many more. The deal was struck in tandem with principals of Taiwanese Shipping & Airline Conglomerate, Evergreen Group, and has been heralded by both the MPA and US State Department as an important step towards protecting intellectual property rights and opening up a new market reaching 80 million people.

During the past three decades, Mr. Darian has earned a reputation as a Top Dealmaker and Turnaround Executive most prominently noted as being the youngest Post Production Executive to rise to the Presidency of a Major Division of a multi-billion dollar Publicly-Traded Company,
Republic Corporation (NYSE), when he assumed the Presidency of Glen Glenn Studios at the age of 29. Since then, he has established a track-record for shepherding more successful reorganizations, start-ups, sales, mergers and acquisitions than anyone else in the Technical-Service Sector of the Motion Picture Industry.

Throughout his career, Mr. Darian has been distinguished with many Civic & Humanitarian Awards from such organizations as:
The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, City of Hope, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Hollywood Entertainment Sports Association, USC Cinema Circulus, as well as, several Honorary Citations for such Emmy Award Winning programs as: Cheers; Moonlighting, The A-Team, Cagney & Lacy, Hill Street Blues, The National Geographic Special: Dive to the Edge of Creation, and the Oscar Nominated Feature: Star Trek IV, The Voyage Home.

Mr. Darian lives in San Marino, CA with his wife of 30 years and their three children.
